Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following terms and conditions.

Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Goods may be paid for by secure credit card transaction, by telephone, personal cheque or building society cheque. There are no extra charges for credit card payments. Cheques to be made payable to "ACTIVESALES Ltd". Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconcider your order before proceeding.

Payment
Goods may be paid for by entering order details together with your card number on the secure order form (we take MASTERCARD, VISA, EUROCARD, SWITCH,DELTA and SOLO) or by giving us your details over the telephone.You may also pay by personal cheque; building society cheque; money order;postal order. There are no extra charges for credit card payments. Cheques to be made payable to "ACTIVESALES Ltd".

Delivery
Delivery is free England/Wales mainland for orders of £600 or more or as stated on the relevant page. Cushions are normally not "from stock" and are made up to order in the requested fabric, so delivery time is usually three to four weeks from order, but if frame item is out of stock at the time of us receiving the order, the customer shall be contacted and informed of the estimated supply date whereupon the customer may decide whether or not to proceed with the order, and not until this stage will deposit payments by credit/debit card be processed or cheques paid into our account.If a lead time to delivery is quoted on the order acknowledgement, this will be our best estimate at the time and will not form a contract, but if for any reason delivery is not possible as estimated,then the customer may ,if they wish, cancel and receive refund of their deposit.

Return of Goods
If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange to collect them (the whole order) and give a full refund. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackedged in their original packing.

Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectivly.

Pictures
Pictures of furniture displayed with or without other 'props' are for illustration only, and unless otherwise stated other 'props'are not included in the price. The cushions included in the price will be in the style illustrated, and in the fabric agreed at time of order.Other styles/fabrics may be available, but will be at negotiated price.
